When I hired the Attorney it was four days before the p.e.
I hire the Attorney so I wouldn't get pressured from employer to come back to soon like I had in the past. My injuries are chronic now.
One injury at the time I hired Attorney was already P&S. The other one I was made P&S on Sept. 1st. Attorney received 15% on that one. Which I'm not complaining. My Attorney filed a cumlative trauma (hope I spelled that right).
I know the (AME) received my medical records and no complain there.
He has all my blood tests from Onclogist. My Onclogist is tired me asking is there any more test I can take in regards to a blood clotting diseases. He said I have had them all done.
The (AME) Doctor said Probable thrombophilia of undetermined cause.
I have little hope I can prove the injury caused this. I have not had any bloods clots from 1995 until July 2010.
I'm responible for hiring this Attorney. He wasn't there or in the same town when I hired their firm. That should of been a big clue. I signed up and received a copy of it months later and notice the Attorney sign the same date like he was there on that day. I meant him four months after I hired him for the first time. Ok after that meeting no way would I of hired him. The legal secretary told me what a great man he and he fights for clients and she refers to the clients as "her" people. She sold me the story and I bought it. If I can't find a new Attorney I will have to live with this life lesson.
