When I tore my rotor cuff, small tear they said with pt I should heal fine.. Durring the pt they found nerve dammage, had nerve study done perm dammage.. After 1 year I was mmi and given 3% arm and 3% shoulder. I have pain still 3 years later and I opted out not to have surgery. I have no over head lifting restriction for the shoulder and they cut me a check for 12,000...
To me $5,000 is not enough and I wouldnt accept it... But no settlement is ever the same, it really is .... is it enough for you.?
I know ist not enough money I'm still suffering with my pain and my arm looks so bad with a big bicep like a popeye ...
