Hey all! Well, the shoulder is coming along...very slowly Smile 4 months out now and still doing PT 3x week (when they don't deny the PT and make me wait 2-3 weeks for approval). ROM is much better but just now allowed to lift 1lb! Looks like my bottle of pepsi is about it Big Grin

Honestly, why even write that kind of restriction. I am finally a bit more hopeful. The pain is still there but at least I have some use of the arm again. I'll just keep pushing along and eventually get back to normal.

After my last appointment and telling the doc my other shoulder was killing me, he sent me for an Arthrogram, the results... same thing happening only it's from over use and slowly tearing, different from the right one where it was a sudden tear from injury.

Same surgery needed UUGGGHHH. Told him MAYBE next year but he said "I'll see you in a couple of months" HA, I don't think I want to do it again!

He did ask if I wanted him to write a letter saying it was related to my inability to use my right arm so I could try to get it accepted by WC. I said thanks but no thanks. I'll use my own insurance and not deal with these idiots.

Don't they realize that if they would just let me complete my PT w/o interruption (their denial games) I would heal faster and it would cost them less???

Missed being around for the great advice and fun. Hope you all are doing well! Hopefully I'll be around more Big Grin
