But, I now see asking a question to find proper information from someone that went through this process is a problem with you trying to learn how it may help another person. BBBB, Let's not forget her situation AT PRESENT. Meaning her and her family situation. I personally think we need to cut her a little slack. Just my oppinion on the subject.

Aqa, that's why I was asking Wink as he went through that, and now I know someone being told the same thing. So, if I could give them the correct answer it be better.

This is interesting to me as well, my lawyer said the excact same thing to me. And when I asked he said several reasons and the main one he said was because of my age and future loss of earnings.. So he said try to wait before getting ssdi until we can close the wc case. But if need be he would help me with it If I would choose to. Now I think if I was another 10 - 15 years older he might have said differently...
As far as Jayne, I think she needs a little slack for she has really had her hands full. And personaly I dont believe she is just talking about this post... I mean really, Arguing over who posted what first in another post. I believe the info was important for to me it was the first time reading anything about it.. And again thats what makes this site so good, reading info for what ones wc case refers to is the best knowledge available.
