Do WC attorneys get a fee if you get awarded anything? if so, how much of that will they get? I can't seem to find anything about it in my searching.

each state has it's own rules controlling work comp; that why we ask that you include your location in your profile or post your state

In NY only the Workers Comp Judge can award an attorney’s fee. Generally 20%
