............like I did today!

HAPPY ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL'S DAY to all of you who are either working in an office, or not working for one reason or another.

I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers and gave them to myself in honor of my first non-employed Administrative Professional's Day. They are beautiful and brightened my day. Thinking about it all, I've worked ever since I was 16, never been unemployed, never had to apply for unemployment or disability, and have always worked as a model employee. So, I feel deserving of these flowers!

Admin, I know being the good employer you are, that Kate was treated like a queen today.

I remember several years ago when working in Wichita my boss took all the office staff out for lunch at a very nice resturant.

I still remember that day, the fun the girls & I had.

Congratulations for doing something nice for yourself... and yes, you deserve it :-) Thanks for reminding me that it's ok to stop and slow down once in a while. Although I'm not an administrative professional, I think I'll treat myself today!

I remember 'nurses' week, where it was pointed out that even though I wasn't a 'nurse' it was okay. We all got food, prizes, true the nurses got extra gifts from admin atleast we weren't left out.
