Discussion Center Terms Of Service

The WorkersCompensation.com Discussion Center is open for all to use in order to seek and provide assistance, within the following guidelines:

Discussion Board

1) Use of this service indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
2) Defamatory posts are PROHIBITED.
3) Language deemed foul or offensive is prohibited. This is a family oriented board!
4) Posts providing negative information regarding persons, companies or other legal entities will not be allowed if such information cannot be supported or corroborated via accepted established media content.
5) Publishing individuals contact information is PROHIBITED.
6) Spamming (Multiple consecutive posts or identical posts in multiple threads) is PROHIBITED.
7) We reserve the right to edit or delete posts at our sole discretion for any reason, , including when it is determined that they do not follow our TOS, or are not productive within the mission of the board.
8) Direct solicitations, or posts containing messages that can be interpreted as direct solicitations are prohibited.
9) Wholesale "cutting and pasting" of articles is prohibited, as it is a huge drain on server resources. Provide a link to an article instead.
10) We reserve the right to restrict or eliminate access to this board for anyone who fails or refuses to follow our Terms of Service.
