Pierre, SD (CompNewsNetwork) - The South Dakota Department of Labor's Workers'
Compensation Advisory Council recently published the 2009 Annual Report. Here
are some highlights:
The base premium rates for 2009-10 increased an average of 3.5% in the
voluntary market.
The involuntary or "assigned-risk" rates remained flat.
