Patriot Underwriters, Inc. Reaches Distribution Agreement With Advantage Specialty Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot Underwriters, Inc., a subsidiary of Patriot Risk Management, Inc., announced today that it has signed a distribution and service agreement with Advantage Specialty, Inc. to produce workers' compensation insurance for SPARTA Insurance Holdings, Inc. This agreement will allow Patriot Underwriters, Inc. to distribute SPARTA Insurance Holdings, Inc. (A- Excellent) workers' compensation insurance products in the states of Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

Patriot Underwriters, Inc. will provide sales, distribution and marketing services. Advantage Specialty, Inc. will provide policy administration and underwriting services, and its sister company Scibal Associates, Inc. will provide claims services. Patriot Risk Services, Inc., another subsidiary of Patriot Risk Management, Inc. will provide nurse case management and cost containment services for Scibal Associates, Inc.
