Accident Fund Names Lisa Riddle Vice President Of Claims And Medical Operations

LANSING, Mich., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Accident Fund Insurance Company of America is proud to announce Lisa Riddle as the new vice president of Claims and Medical Operations.

In her new role, Riddle is responsible for the strategic direction of Accident Fund's claims operations and medical-cost management. She succeeds Steve Cooper, who was recently named president of United Heartland, the New Berlin, Wis., subsidiary of Accident Fund Holdings, Inc.

"We chose Lisa for this new role because she has proven herself to be an exceptional performer in her relatively short tenure here at Accident Fund," said Mike Britt, president of Accident Fund. "She brings a great deal of claims experience to this position and is committed to managing medical costs while ensuring that injured workers get the care they need. Riddle joined Accident Fund as director of Claims Operations in 2007 and was named vice president of Claims Operations in December 2008. Previously, she worked for Travelers Insurance Company for 31 years in a variety of claims and service center positions.

Riddle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She resides in Brighton, Mich.
