FL DWC Includes Changes To WC Medical Service Draft Rule

Tallahassee, FL (CompNewsNetwork) - A Notice of Change for Rule 69L-7.602, Florida Administrative Code, was published. The rule, titled the Florida Workers' Compensation Medical Services, Billing, Filing and Reporting Rule, includes changes that have been made to address concerns expressed at the public hearing and in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
