Brooks Posted New Draft Of Compensation Transparency Regs.

New York, NY (CompNewsNetwork) - New York's Acting Superintendent of Insurance, Kermitt Brooks, drafted a proclamation of a new Part 30 to Title 11 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules, and Regulations of the State of New York (Regulation No. xx), to take effect upon publication in the State Register.
