Texas Field Offices Closed Due To Inclement Weather, Tropical Storm Edouard

Austin, TX  (CompNewsNetwork) - The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), Division of Workers’ Compensation will close several field offices due to weather conditions created by Tropical Storm Edouard, the following field offices will be closed: Beaumont, Houston East, Houston West and Missouri City.

The Beaumont, Houston East, Houston West and Missouri City field offices also will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, August 5.

Injured workers needing assistance in the affected areas may contact TDI by calling 1-800-252-7031. To check on the status of the field office closures, visit the TDI website at http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/indexwc.h tml under “What’s New” or call the TDI Inclement Weather Phone Line at 512-804-4157.
