Virginia Release 3 EDI Implementation Meeting Scheduled

Richmond, VA  (CompNewsNetwork) - The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission has launched a Technology Alignment Program to implement new EDI reporting requirements, based on the IAIABC Claims Release 3 standards. 

The Commission will be holding a two-day implementation and training meeting in Richmond, Virginia on February 25 from 1pm-5pm, and February 26 from 9am-4pm in connection with issuance of the Draft Implementation Guide.  Additionally, there will be an event on Monday evening for participants to collaborate on the implementation. Below is the agenda for the session:

  EDI Training
  Electronic Reporting for the Business User
  Stakeholder Networking Session
  Technology Alignment Program and Timeline Overview
  Draft Implementation Guide Review
  Focus Group for self-administered organizations

Commission representatives and partners on this initiative, including Red Oak E-Commerce Solutions (ROES), Inc., and CapTech Ventures, Inc. will be in attendance to address any questions or concerns you may have.
