SC WC Commissioner Updates Preferences to Include Electronic Submission of the Form 58, Pre-hearing Brief

Columbia, SC (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Form 58, Pre-hearing Brief, is required to be filed by each party in a case 10 days prior to the hearing date. Currently, the Form 58 is submitted by postal service.
Commissioner Roche is changing her preferences to include electronic submission of the Form 58. The Form 58 is to be submitted electronically via email ONLY as an attachment to an email to bcheeseboro@wcc.sc.gov. Paper Forms 58 will not be accepted. Pro se claimants will not be required to file the Form 58 electronically. They have the option of filing a paper document Form 58 or electronically by email to bcheeseboro@wcc.sc.gov.
