Healthcare Solutions To Expand Pharmacy Offering With Acquisition Of Scripnet

Atlanta, GA (WorkersCompensation.com) - Healthcare Solutions, the parent company of Cypress Care and Procura Management, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ScripNet, a leading pharmacy benefit management company serving the workers’ compensation market.  Upon close of the transaction, the acquisition will further strengthen Healthcare Solutions’ pharmacy benefit management services and extend its client portfolio, which already includes many of the nation’s largest carriers, third party administrators and governmental entities.  The combined organization will produce annual revenue exceeding $400 million.
