IHRIM February 2008 webinar explores the complete employee lifecycle from the perspective of the current and future use of electronic or automated payroll/Human Resources processes. The session will start with the hiring process and the electronic-based processes designed to attract and assess the best new talent. The session will then explore how organizations are moving to onboard new hires, including I-9s, through electronic methods and then begin the process of developing the employee for a long term relationship. ServiceMaster will share specific electronic methods in use and how these touch employees during their employment lifecycle.
