Illinois Proposed Intoxication Rules Filed

Chicago, IL (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Commission has filed proposed rules on sample collection and testing for alcohol and drugs, to implement the changes to Section 11 of the Workers' Compensation Act made by HB1698/PA97-18.
