Sarasota, FL (CompNewsNetwork) – WorkersCompensation.com, LLC, the nation's largest online provider of critical information and legal data for the workers' compensation industry, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Systema Software, a leading provider of software solutions and services to the insurance industry, in which Systema's  SIMS Claims software will integrate both the FlashForm SSL Forms Auto-population System and CompGuide XML Benefits Rules Engine.

As a comprehensive property and casualty claims management system, SIMS is designed to maximize efficiencies and profitability in the day-to-day operations of claims examiners, managers, underwriters and external clients. It provides all of the out-of-the-box functionality needed to support claims operations including tight integration with desktop tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and powerful toolkit for delivering a high level of configurability.  By integrating WorkersCompensation.com's FlashForm SSL and CompGuide XML, the software makes available to its users additional functionality and critical, up to date benefit rate information for every state in the nation.

When asked the primary purpose of the partnership,  Aaron Herrmann, Systema Software's Executive Sales Manager said, “For claims shops, the more jurisdictions that a claims administration system manages, the more complex the maintenance of that system.  So maintaining Federal and jurisdictional compliance requirements doesn't become a distraction to enhancing our solution offerings, it made strategic sense to leverage the industry's leading expert for worker's compensation jurisdictional compliance, WorkersCompensation.com”.

FlashForm SSL is a forms auto-population system that leverages the power of WorkersCompensation.com's WorkCompResearch Legal Forms Library, which currently manages over 3,000 “Type and Save” enabled forms for every jurisdiction in the country. To date, almost 1,000 of the forms have been enabled to work within the FFSSL system. CompGuide XML is a Benefit Rules Engine designed to feed disability rate payment information to be integrated into software applications.

The agreement brings additional functionality to the powerful SIMS Claim solution, extends the service reach of WorkersCompensation.com core product lines, and simplifies the implementation process for the company's mutual clients. WorkersCompensation.com President & CEO, Robert Wilson, said, “WorkersCompensation.com is very pleased to be working with Systema, and to extend our FlashForm and CompGuide services to their new clients. SIMS represents cutting edge technology for the workers' compensation industry, and we are proud to have them as a strategic partner.”
