WorkersCompensation.com, LLC today announced the opening of it's new Case Law Summary database within it's industry leading research system, WorkCompResearch.com. The new case law summaries are the result of a partnership with the National Workers' Compensation Defense Network (NWCDN), and are provided by leading workers' comp defense firms from around the nation. They are offered in addition to the extensive Court Opinion Library already offered within the service.

WorkersCompensation.com president, Robert Wilson, said "The Case Law Summary Library is the latest addition to our continually expanding information system, and we are thrilled to offer it in cooperation with NWCDN members." The NWCDN is a nationwide and Canadian network of independent law firms. It was created to provide an organization where reputable law firms of the highest reputation and expertise could form a comprehensive network to provide employers and insurers access to the highest quality representation in workers' compensation and related employer liability fields.  According to Wilson, "These people represent some of the best knowledge in the industry. Their contributions will be enormously helpful to our WCR subscribers'. In addition to Case Law Summaries, NWCDN members will also provide legislative updates, and even be available to answer questions for WCR users."
