CompTalk Radio this week speaks with Oklahoma attorney Riki Snyder who explains the sweeping changes to the workers' comp system in her state.
Ms. Snyder is a partner with the Oklahoma City law firm of Pritchett & Snyder. Ms. Snyder's areas of practice include insurance and corporate defense litigation including labor and employment law with a primary emphasis in workers' compensation defense. In these areas, Ms. Snyder represents her clients before state and federal courts of original and appellate jurisdiction and administrative agencies. In addition, Ms. Snyder serves as a member of the adjunct faculty at Rose State College and the University of Phoenix. Ms. Snyder has addressed national and regional groups as a guest lecturer on labor, employment and workers' compensation defense issues.
