This week CompTalk Radio interviews Ken Martino, Senior Vice President of
Specialty Risk Services Large Account Unit. Mr. Martino discusses today's "hot
topics" for risk managers, and also reviews some of the things discussed at the
recent RIMS Conference in Hawaii.
About Ken Martino:
As the Senior Vice President of SRS’ Large Account Unit, Ken Martino manages
SRS accounts that integrate dedicated operations and account management to
provide a highly customized claim service program. Prior to accepting this
role, he served as SRS’ Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President
responsible for performance measurement/benchmarking, managed care services,
loss control services and automation.
Before joining SRS, Mr. Martino was the National Practice Leader for Workers’
Compensation and a member of the Total Health Management leadership team at
Tillinghast - Towers Perrin. Mr. Martino has also held a variety of management
positions in the claims, medical management and national accounts underwriting
departments at a major insurance company.
Mr. Martino earned his M.B.A. and bachelor’s degree, both with a
concentration in Finance, from the University of Connecticut at Storrs,
Connecticut. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
