New Work Comp Research Features Coming Soon

As a valued CompBob! Member we wanted to tell you about some exciting improvements we’ll be bringing to you as part of your current membership.  As the leading Workers’ Comp information provider, we’re constantly looking for ways to make your Work Comp Research easier, faster and more productive.  These important new services, to be built and included over the next few months, are a reflection of what you and other members have been asking for.

1. The members area will be moved to a stand alone Work Comp Research website.  That’s important because it will give us more flexibility to create and add new services and make them easier to use.
    
2. We’ll be adding thousands of Workers’ Comp court cases over the next few months.  These will include cases from all 50 states.  More importantly, the cases will be keyword searchable, with hyperlinked case references, and a comprehensive index to help organize the information.
    
3. Statutes Annotated:  We already have all the Workers’ Comp statutes from all 50 states.  But soon you’ll be able to read those statutes and see a list of court cases which reference that statute, and vice versa – as you’re reading a court case, you can immediately link to the statutes mentioned in the case.
    
4. 50 State Benefits Calculators:  TTD, PTD, TPD, PPD – taking into account the laws and rules of all 50 states.  These calculators will incorporate all the variables involved in your cases to come up with suggested settlement amounts.

As you can tell, this is a major undertaking for us, and once completed, our Work Comp Research database will be a one of a kind resource for industry professionals.  We are raising the bar, and as a member you’ll get an inside view as it happens.

These enhanced research tools will be available only to existing CompBob! Members, so be sure to keep your membership current.  Members' in current status will be transferred to the new system automatically, without additional charge. Of course, until we launch our expanded services, you can continue to access forms, statutes, rules, court cases, medical fee schedules and more through our CompBob! Members area.
